Kheldra Refund and Virtual Items Policy

This page explains how gold and items are treated, and why there is nothing to refund today.

Development policy

No real-money items or currency are sold during development. There is nothing to purchase and therefore nothing to refund. Gold and items are virtual and have no cash value. Currency and items are not reset as policy. If a proven exploit creates unfair gains, the correction is recorded in the event ledger and announced to players.

Future purchases

Before any paid item is offered, this policy will be replaced with full terms covering pricing, delivery, refunds and statutory rights.
