Kheldra Terms of Service

These terms set out the agreement between you and Kheldra when you create an account or play the Game.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or playing Kheldra (the "Game") you agree to these Terms and the Community Rules and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not play.

2. Development status

The Game is in development and may be unavailable or change while it is developed.

Kheldra is in active development. Our policy is to preserve player accounts, characters, progression, and earned items throughout development and into release. We do not plan scheduled progression wipes. Bugs, exploits, or security incidents may require targeted corrections or restoration from backups to protect game integrity.

3. Eligibility

There is no minimum age to play Kheldra.

4. Your account

You are responsible for your password and all activity on your account. One person per account unless stated otherwise. Do not share or sell accounts.

5. Virtual items

Gold, items and characters have no real-world monetary value, are licensed to you not owned, and may be changed or removed. Real-money trading is prohibited.

6. Conduct

You must follow the Community Rules. We may warn, mute, suspend or ban accounts and remove content to protect the Game and its players.

7. Content you create

You keep ownership of chat and names you create, and grant us a licence to host and display them for operating and moderating the Game.

8. Termination

You may stop playing and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Game is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version with its date. Continued play means acceptance.
