Staff
Kheldra has a small team of moderators and game masters who keep play fair. Staff ranks belong to characters, not accounts, so a character can have a rank while another character on the same account has none.

Ranks
- Moderator: reviews reports and handles conduct issues under the Community Rules.
- GM: a game master who helps with moderation and gameplay issues.
- A character with no rank is a regular player.
A higher rank can do everything a lower rank can. Reports are reviewed by moderators, as described in the Community Rules.
Reports and moderation
Players report each other with /report. A moderator reads the report, its evidence and any earlier reports on both sides, then picks the least severe action that stops the behaviour. Serious cases can skip steps.
Every staff action is recorded in an audit log with the moderator, the action, the target and a short reason. Mute and ban reasons are shown to the player.
Rules staff follow
- Staff actions never create gold. Gold only moves from the town treasury to a character, as a transfer.
- Staff characters are never shown on leaderboards.
