Classes and specialization
Classes and jobs are identities built from your skills. You earn identity experience only by using the skills they draw from.

How specialization works
A class or job gains experience only from actions that use a skill it draws from, and each action gives a capped amount. Pairing a class with a job forms a hybrid, and hybrid milestones are checked against your real skill levels. Every identity has a technique milestone and a challenge milestone, for example Fighter needs Defense 12 for Guarded Advance and Melee 30 for Unbroken Line.
Carrying capacity
Classes carry different shares of the base carry limit: Fighter carries all of it, Summoner 70 percent and Mage 50 percent.
