Farming and livestock
Farming is steady, owner-specific production. You plant crops on your own plots and keep animals in pens. Harvests and animal products are ordinary crafting materials.

Farm plots
Each farmer has persistent plots. You plant a seed for a crop, the crop grows for its own time, and you harvest it when it is ready.
Crops include meadow hay, grain and several kinds of wheat. Each plot has its own grow time and yield, which the farm board shows.
The farm board is at /farming on the game server.
Livestock
Pens in Kheldra Town hold hens, ducks, geese and quail, and the Forest pens hold sheep. Hens and other fowl produce eggs, and sheep produce wool.
- Each breed has its own feed cost, produce time and breeding cost.
- Feed an animal to keep it producing. Collect what it has made when it is ready.
- Breeding makes young animals. They take time to mature before they produce anything.
Neglect
An animal left unfed for 72 hours is marked as neglected by the game. Feed your herd regularly if you want steady output.
Using what you farm
Farm and livestock products are crafting materials, so they feed into the crafting book. See Crafting for how the book works.
