Needs: hunger and rest
Hunger and fatigue are a light cost of time. They never kill your character and never block play, but past the halfway mark they slow your skill gains and your healing.

How they build up
Hunger and fatigue both rise with time. Hunger goes from empty to starving in about 12 hours. Fatigue goes from fresh to exhausted in about 16 hours.
What they cost you
Nothing happens below 50 points. Above 50, your skill XP is reduced, and your health and mana regenerate more slowly.
- At most, skill XP is 10 percent lower.
- At most, health and mana regeneration is 15 percent slower.
Food
Food reduces hunger. Bread, cooked meat, stew and food rations each reduce it by a different amount, and stew reduces it the most.
Meals, naps and rest
- Inn meal: reduces hunger by a set amount. It costs 3 gold for characters above the free level, and you can buy one once a minute.
- Nap: lowers fatigue in town, with a five-minute cooldown.
- Inn or hospital rest: lowers fatigue by 15 points when it succeeds.
